During this meeting, you'll tell us about the role, your company, and the skills and qualities that are most important to you in a candidate.

Then, the brass tacks: the salary, details of the interview process, and key differentiators of your company that attract highly desirable candidates.


The Search Begins

We leverage a full team of Product and UX recruiters spread between Boston. NYC and San Francisco, write a persuasive (but honest) pitch on the role, and create multiple high-converting, continually split-tested outreach messages.‍ Then, we'll synthesize your company's news, awards, and any additional "selling points" into a compelling one-pager to share with talent.
