Exploratory Call

You can use this Calendly link to schedule a 30-minute exploratory call with our Team Lead.

We'll discuss our approach to recruiting and answer any questions. We will also send you a follow up email with testimonials and more information on our process.

Intake Meeting

We dive deeper into your role on the second meeting.

During this meeting, you'll tell us about the role, your company, required/nice-to-have skills, and the intangible qualities that are most important to you in a candidate.

Then, the brass tacks: the salary, details of the interview process, and key differentiators of your company that attract highly desirable candidates.

Finally, you'll set our search direction, so we can headhunt the competition, recruit from companies you respect, and/or conduct a general search of our expansive network.

The Search Begins

To build your pipeline, we roll out the red carpet for each and every open position on your team.
